The APF Team recently stepped up to assist the Bissell Pet Foundation. The Bissell Pet Foundation contacted us about an urgent need for organizations to help take in pets from New Orleans and of course we said YES! This transport enables us to make a huge difference for animals who might not find homes without the APF going the extra mile. 

We'd like to thank Cathy Bissell and the Bissell Pet Foundation for making this lifesaving transport possible.

The Bissell Foundation spends weeks coordinating the safe transport of animals from overcrowded shelters including ground support, flights, health certificates, and coordination between source shelters and placement partners like the APF. Together, we are saving lives.
